We must ensure our military remains professional, well-equipped, and strictly neutral in political affairs. But security also means safety in your neighborhood. It means a police force that works WITH the community, not AGAINST it. We will strengthen our border intelligence to stop the flow of illegal arms and human trafficking, while simultaneously reforming our internal security to ensure that no Kenyan feels like a stranger in their own country. Peace is not the absence of conflict; it is the presence of security for all.
